Type 10 Single Socket Tee is designed to give a 90 degree butt joint between two lengths of pipe. Type 14 Straight Couplings are designed to make an inline joint between pipes of the same size. Type 15 90 Degree Elbow joints are most frequently used as an end joint for the top rail of guardrailing on a level site.

Type 19 Adjustable Side Outlet Tee is used in pairs to form variable angle joints between 90 and 180 degrees. Type 20 Side Outlet Elbow is a 90 degree corner joint most frequently used for the top rail of guardrailing. Type 21 90 Degree Outlet Tee is most frequently paired with Type 20 Side Outlet Elbow to make a 90 degree corner joint for the middle rail of guardrailing and other rectangular structures.

Type 25 Three Socket Tee is most commonly used as the 90 degree joint between the top rail and an intermediate upright on guardrailing. Type 26 Two Socket Cross is usually paired with Type 25 Three Socket Tee to give a 90 degree joint between the middle rail and an intermediate upright on a guard railing. Type 29 30 to 60 Degree Single Socket Tee is an alternative to the Type 12 45 Degree Single Socket Tee fitting.

Type 30 is an adjustable fitting used for guardrailing on a slope between the mid-rail and an intermediate upright which is required to remain vertical. The Type 35 Three Socket Cross fitting is most frequently used to tie uprights with horizontal pipe in three directions, all at 90 degrees to the upright. Type 45 Crossover is designed to create a 90 degree offset crossover joint and is frequintly used on guardrailing where a continuous horizontal pipe is used.
